DOT's Blitz Week is scheduled for May 14th through May 16th. During this period, you can expect rates across the country to spike, with team rates seeing a particularly significant increase.

Over the past three weeks, we've observed a dramatic escalation in rates from Florida, with increases of up to 58%. While rates are anticipated to remain elevated throughout the week, they're expected to begin stabilizing as we approach June.

Given the expected tightening of capacity during Blitz Week, thorough vetting of carriers becomes more important than ever. The likelihood of fraudulent activities tends to surge in such periods. Opting to pay a premium for services from reputable carriers is advisable to avoid potential problems in the future.
